Resources, under the leadership of Vanessa S. Lawson, oversees functions that support university
employees and promote a positive work environment for
faculty and staff. Key responsibilities include staff
compensation, employment services, employee relations,
employee benefits, personnel counseling services,
professional development and organizational
consultation.
