doctoral levels.
Its instructional
programs are organized into a college of arts and

SPA EMPLOYEE GRIEVANCE AND APPEAL PROCEDURE
PURPOSE
It is the policy
of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University to provide a means
of communication between supervisors and employees and establish principles of
administration to insure prompt and orderly resolution of problems and
differences arising between the supervisor and the employee. This policy applies to employees who are
subject to the State Personnel Act.
