Course Description

Participants will learn how to more effectively perceive and respond to inappropriate behavior and the necessary steps to prevent “collisions” and reduce “conflict” based on cultural and personal differences. Using the process of examining and understanding differences and similarities, participants’ abilities to address the issues of diversity will be enhanced.
