OVERVIEW
As a constituent institution of the University of North
Carolina System, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State

opportunities are dynamic and vary in scope from positions in
maintenance, office, service, and technical areas to administrative,

The Staff Employment Office is responsible for the staffing process for
SPA vacancies. The Staff Employment staff is dedicated to providing
campus hiring units with qualified candidates who match the knowledge,
skill and ability preferences unique to individual position.
In addition to collaborating with hiring units to determine their exact
requirements, the Staff Employment Office reviews and certifies
applicants for SPA positions, provides departments with the top
qualified candidates for vacant positions, recruits candidates for
vacancies, and prepares vacancy postings.
The Staff Employment Office staff actively attend job fairs seeking
quality candidates, while promoting the university as an employer of
choice.
